Delete your FlatPing account
You can delete your account and associated data at any time, directly from the app. Here's exactly how, and what happens to your data.
Delete from the app
- Open the FlatPing app and go to your Profile tab.
- Tap Settings (or Manage account).
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm. Your request is processed and your account is permanently removed.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your profile and personal details (name, phone, photo, preferences)
- Your property listings and any images you uploaded
- Your chats and messages
- Your saved homes and search activity
- Your identity-verification submissions
- Your sign-in credentials
What may remain
- Reviews you wrote about brokers stay published, but are anonymised to "Deleted user" so the broker's rating history stays accurate.
- Anonymised, aggregated records we're legally required to retain (these contain no information that identifies you).
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is removed, your data cannot be recovered, and you'd need to sign up again to use FlatPing.
Prefer to request it by email?
If you can't access the app, email us from your registered address at info@flat-ping.com with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
